Why wear a rash guard to snorkel?
Floating face-down puts your back and the backs of your legs in direct sun for the whole session, and sunscreen rubs off or gets missed. A long-sleeve rash guard keeps covering you for the entire swim, and it means less sunscreen washing into the reef. These have built-in UV protection; we don't claim a UPF rating for them (only our polo shirts are rated UPF 50+).
Fabric and fit
82% polyester / 18% spandex, quick-dry with four-way stretch, so you can raise your arms to clear a mask without the hem riding up. Choose your usual size for a snug, second-skin fit, or size up for a looser layer over a swimsuit. Sizes XS to 4XL; the chart on each product page lists body length, chest and waist. A rash guard adds only a little warmth: for cold water you will want a wetsuit.
Beyond snorkeling
The same rash guard works for scuba diving, freediving, surfing, paddleboarding and boat days. Rinse it in fresh water after salt water and dry it in the shade. Every piece is printed and sewn to order in 4-9 business days, then shipped worldwide.
