What to know before you buy a dive hoodie

Hoodies earn their keep in the hour after you surface — wet hair, wind on the RIB, body temperature dropping faster than you expect. Look for a longer body and sleeve so the hem stays put when you sit on a tank bench — the measurement chart on each product page shows the exact length. Pullovers hold warmth better; zip-ups vent faster when the sun comes back out. Sizing runs true, but if you plan to layer one over a scuba diving jersey on boat days, take your normal size and let the fit do the work.

Pullover or zip-up?

Our pullover scuba diving hoodies are 95% recycled polyester with 5% spandex, with a double-layer hood and a kangaroo pocket: soft, slightly stretchy and warm enough for a windy boat ride. The zip-up hoodies are 100% polyester with a microfleece lining and a nylon front zip, so you can open them up the moment the sun comes back.
