What to wear on a shark dive

Most shark dives mean long minutes waiting still near the reef or hanging in mid-water while the sharks come to you. A slim long-sleeve rash guard is the right base layer for that: it lies flat under a wetsuit, dries fast between dives and has built-in UV protection for the surface interval. Keep your arms in, move slowly and let the sharks decide how close to come.

Sizes, fabric and delivery

Shark rash guards come in sizes XS to 4XL, in a quick-dry 82% polyester / 18% spandex fabric with four-way stretch and flatlock seams. The pullover scuba hoodies are 95% recycled polyester with 5% spandex; the zip-ups have a soft microfleece lining. The shark polos are rated UPF 50+. Everything is printed and sewn to order in 4–9 business days (2–7 for hats, neck gaiters and bags), then shipped worldwide.
